#21: SMART in the Middle East
We are excited to announce that The SMART Tire Company will be exhibiting at the upcoming Mobility Live ME 2023 conference in Abu Dhabi (May 15-16)! This premier event brings together global industry leaders and innovators to discuss and showcase the latest advancements in sustainable mobility solutions. Companies like Tesla, Shell, Ford, Mercedes, BP, Visa and Toyota, are usually in attendance. We are honored to have been invited and look forward to connecting with major players in the region.
The SMART Tire Company's participation in the Mobility Live conference presents a major investment and branding opportunity for our company. With the Middle East investing heavily in the electric vehicle and sustainability markets, this event is the perfect platform to demonstrate our innovative tire technology, share insights, and explore potential partnerships and collaborations. Being exposed to high-net-worth investors and industry leaders in attendance could prove highly beneficial to our company's product launch, later this year.
In addition to our exhibition, we will also be visiting the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, The Yas Marina Curcuit, which hosts the season finale race for Formula One. Formula One is the premier international racing league and is a fast-growing sport in America (with races in Miami, Austin, and Las Vegas this year), and Forbes lists its owners Liberty Media as the ‘World’s Most Valuable Sports Empire’ for 2023, valuing the company’s sporting assets at almost $21B. NASCAR and IndyCar have shown interest in The SMART Tire Company, so we will continue to explore the motor sports industry (including F1) and develop new tire technologies that could have a positive impact on the future of racing.
